We Got The Beet!

This week I was asked by famed blogger and foodie extraordinaire Chef Dennis to do a guest post over at More Than A Mount Full. You may be curious as to how I weaseled my way onto a legitimate site with actual relevancy in the culinary world...well, I don’t know either. But I like it. So let's keep the act going.

  2. Beets aren't too bad...but try the golden beets or chig...oh, they look like bullseyes when you cut them! But, the earthy taste is minimal. My kids will even eat them with just some butter.

  4. I've seen golden beets a million times in the store but always pass over them....I'm going to have to try them out for sure!!! Anything that's good with butter is good enough for me...Thanks for the tip!
